That's why I approach every session with a relaxed, documentary-inspired style. I'll guide you when you need it, step back when the moment calls for it, and create space for authentic connection.

Hi, I'm Kate!
I am an elopement and adventure photographer based out of Harstine Island, a small island in the south Puget Sound in Washington. Living in the PNW, I am surrounded by an outdoor paradise where opportunities for hiking, backpacking, and paddling are everywhere.
For me, photography is all about creating authentic and powerful images to tell the story of human connection and wild spaces.
I love adventure and I can't wait to join you on yours! I have summited Washington's Mt. Rainier, Mt. Adams, and Mt. Baker and hiked the Wonderland Trail around Mt. Rainier. My husband, our two kids, and I love to road trip in our van; frequenting the mountains, ocean, and forests of Washington and regularly exploring Yellowstone, the Grand Tetons, and Utah's National Parks and surrounding areas.
